Use of Website

Products & Custom Work

Many Metal By Rhody products are custom made, fabricated, or CNC cut to order. By placing an order, you acknowledge:

• Product appearance may vary slightly due to handcrafted and fabrication processes

• Measurements, finishes, and patina may vary slightly

• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable

• Customer is responsible for verifying all sizes, spelling, and design details before ordering

Once production begins, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Orders must be paid in full before production or shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Metal By Rhody reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not started. Once fabrication begins, orders cannot be cancelled due to the custom nature of our products.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Metal By Rhody is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

Installation & Use

Customer assumes full responsibility for proper installation, mounting, and use of all products. Metal By Rhody is not liable for:

• Improper installation

• Structural failure due to mounting surface or hardware

• Injury, damage, or loss resulting from product use or installation

Professional installation is recommended where appropriate.

Outdoor & Metal Material Disclaimer

Metal products may naturally change over time due to:

• Weather exposure

• Rust or patina development

• Heat, moisture, or environmental conditions

These are natural characteristics of metal and are not considered defects.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metal By Rhody shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits

• Property damage

• Personal injury

• Installation-related damages

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, photos, logos, and content on this website are the property of Metal By Rhody and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Custom designs created by Metal By Rhody remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Right to Refuse Service

Metal By Rhody reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or deny transactions at our discretion, including suspected fraud or misuse.
