At Metal By Rhody, we take pride in crafting quality metal products and getting them to you safely and quickly. Please review our shipping policy below.


Order Processing Time

All in-stock plasma cut sign or engraving orders are processed within 7–10 business days unless otherwise stated. Shipping times may be shorter depending on workload and availability.

Custom, made-to-order, or CNC-cut items may require additional production time. If an extended lead time is necessary, you will be notified promptly.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (USA): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)

  • Freight / Large Items: 5–10 business days depending on size and destination

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high demand.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS

  • Freight carriers (for large or heavy items)

Carrier selection is based on package size, weight, and destination to ensure the safest delivery.


Shipping Damage

Metal By Rhody carefully packages all items; however, damage during shipping can occur.

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and product immediately

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  3. Email: info@metalbyrhody.com

  4. Include your order number and photos

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Metal By Rhody is not responsible for packages marked Delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing:

  • Check with neighbors or household members

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

  • If needed, contact us and we will assist where possible


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Metal By Rhody is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@metalbyrhody.com before the order ships.


International Shipping

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Import duties

  • Taxes required by their country
