At Metal By Rhody, every item is crafted with care and precision. Because many of our products are custom made, please review our return and refund policy carefully before purchasing.
Returns
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of many Metal By Rhody products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
We do not accept returns for:

Custom or personalized items

Made-to-order or CNC-cut products

Items ordered in the wrong size, finish, or design

Change of mind after production has begun
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.
To report damage or defects:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging
Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

Replacement of the item

Repair (if applicable)

Refund (full or partial depending on the situation)
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not started. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled due to the custom fabrication process.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

Normal wear and tear

Improper installation or misuse

Surface rust or patina changes from exposure to weather

Shipping delays caused by the carrier

Packages marked Delivered by the carrier
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item due to our error, contact us within 48 hours and we will correct the issue at no cost to you.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved, return shipping instructions will be provided. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
